Dear Fellow LANP New Orleans Region Members

Hope you are all well on today! I had a chance to speak with many of you during the most recent meeting this week but wanted to connect with the overall region as well. As some of you already know, I lost my father in January and I am currently in the midst of this journey, which will take some time. In addition, I was recently promoted as the new Senior Practice Manager covering now LA and TX CVS Minute Clinics along with being appointed as the 2016 President of the LSU MBAAA Board.  With all of the new changes that have occurred within the last 60 days, I have decided to take a step back, restructure my life commitments while ensure family/work/volunteer balance is intact.

That being said, I will now step down as the New Orleans Region Representative. I had the opportunity to first speak with Lisa and Tracy this week but wanted to also send a formal notification to you all as well. I am grateful for the opportunity to have served and supported you all while have thoroughly enjoyed working alongside Tracy as my co-rep. She has done an amazing job as my partner. Tracy has been a true supporter and has a huge passion for our LANP organization. I am excited that she will now step into the Regional Rep role while work with the board and members to replace her previous role as Co-Rep.

I do hope you understand, support and accept my decision to step down as the LANP NOLA Region Rep. Know that I will continue to support LANP from the sideline but feel this is the best decision for me personally and for the organization to ensure to have someone that can be 100% committed at this time and fully support this LANP NOLA Region.  Remember to Stay involved!  Tracy's leadership and passion will continue to move our LANP New Orleans Region forward while set up it for success in 2016 and beyond!  Hope to see you at future monthly meetings, the Capital for NP Day and LANP Conference!

Most Sincerely,

~Shay
