Louisiana's Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP)

You can share the website www.Labppmp.com with everyone. This is the Louisiana board of Pharmacy's prescription monitoring program. You must have a DEA # and CDS license in order to register. The forms/application for a login ID is pretty self explanatory on the website, and one of the forms requires a notarization as well.

It's a great way to have access to all of your patients' information – each private patient profile will list any and all Controlled substances that the patient has had filled and by whom, amount, days of supply, etc. Very good idea to have and protect yourself and your patients if you prescribe any controlled meds.
