One on our Nola NPs was able to talk to the aide for Rep Henry and found out that his office has been receiving tremendous calls from physicians, but only one call from a NP. This aide actually had the preconception that at the end of the work day, an NP would sit with a physician and review all the cases with him/her.

Once again, if we do not educate our Legislators, they will continue to have myths about what we do.
