Nurses' Week Social Media Campaign

Hope this message finds you all well! Please join in our social media campaign to celebrate Nurses during Nurses' Week. Our hope is to show the world what nursing is to each of us. See below for instructions and message from the our LANP board:

Hi Members,        Nurses Week is quickly approaching, May 6th - 12th! This year is extra special because May 12th is Florence Nightingale’s 200th Birthday! We have decided to initiate a social media campaign and we need your help! The theme is “Nursing is….”. We would like for you to: Make a poster or write on a paper what Nursing means or is to you (USE OUR TEMPLATE) Take a selfie and then post it to social media with the hashtags of:  #LANP2020YEAROFTHENURSE, #LANPNURSESWEEK2020, #ESSENTIALFOR200YEARS and tag us on Facebook (regional or state page) or Instagram (@louisiananursepractitioners ). Tik Tok is also acceptable and encouraged. BE CREATIVE!!!! Please encourage all nurses and nursing students you know to join in our campaign!!! If you have family/friends who want to post their ideas, thoughts about nurses that is great too!!!  Testimonies are welcome! We can’t wait to see what you guys come up with!
