Senate Health & Welfare committee hearing

Hope you are all doing well.

This is a friendly reminder that our FPA bill (HB 495) will be heard/presented in the Senate Health & Welfare committee.

Many of the Senators have reported not hearing from many or any NP's.

VoterVoice reports only 188 emails have been sent ( compared to over 700 being sent to the house representatives).

I am BEGGING you please email your senators and the senators on the H& W committee. Please be sure "vote YES to HB495" is in the subject of your email.

2) click either "provider" or "patient"  ( whichever fits, you can also get your family and patients to send letters)

3) click on "legislative Alert - ACT NOW"

4) enter your information and SEND

5) you can also call if you would like (225-342-2102) you will be asked to leave a message with your name, the bill # ( HB 495) and the legislator you are calling for..
