I think a good topic would be helping NP students with the transition from NP school to new NP and what you all have experienced, in practice, so we can know some things to expect.

One more thing: Can we talk about improving our NP programs? I would like to advocate for those currently in school. The preceptor options (at least where I went) were pathetic. There was no help from the school as it was catch as catch can.
