November 11th LANP New Orleans Region Meeting

NOVEMBER DINNER MEETING Registration Process: YOU WILL NEED TO BOTH REGISTER ONLINE  WITH BAYER (SEE FLYER) % THROUGH OUR NEW ORLEANS REGION NORMAL PROCESS. ****Failure to register on both sites will not secure your registration or dinner reservation*****.

This can only be done on a Mac or PC; not a mobile device (cell phone or iPad).

The attached invite has a web link as well as a program ID listed under the registration portion of the invite.

Step 1. Click on the web link

Step 2. Enter the program ID (PRF7887) and click Next

Step 3. Enter the following attendee information, which I am required by the FDA to collect: First Name, Last Name and the state. Click Search (this will check to see if your information is already in BHC's Speaker Bureau system).

Step 4: If your name isn't in the system, please click the green tab titled Can't Find? Add New at the bottom right side of the screen. Please enter the following: - Your First Name and Last Name (may already be prepopulated) - Credential (example: NP) - Full Business address - Business or Personal email address - Specialty (example: Pulmonary) - Select Licensed or Non-Licensed Professional - License State - License # (example: AP12345) - Click on Save then click Next at the bottom right side of the page.

Step 5: Select RSVP option and Meal option then hit Submit. You will get an email notification that your registration for the program has been completed. I'll print a copy of the program registration list the day before the program and bring it with me to get everyone's signature at the program.
